MotoGP GP San Marino and Riviera di Rimini Misano Ducati – During the San Marino and Rimini Riviera Grand Prix Weekend, Valentino Rossi received the keys to Tavullia during an evening during which the Pesaro native retraced his history of races, rivalries and successes.

Just talking about the historic rivalries, the nine-time world champion said he saw Stoner, Lorenzo and also Biaggi again. After he stopped racing he reevaluated all his opponents and would go there for a pizza.

During the evening Rossi also commented on the very bad accident that occurred in Bagnaia in the Barcelona GP.

Rossi statements on the Bagnaia accident

“It's a great shame that Bagnaia arrives here injured, but it went well for him. I was very scared when I saw the accident. The most dangerous thing you can do is fall on the second corner when you are first. I thought he hurt his leg badly when I saw Binder run over him. I saw that he was fine, but he was very lucky and managed not to get hurt."
