MotoGP | Misano GP 2 Qualifying: Fabio Quartararo, “I didn't feel very good on the bike”

MotoGP Gp Misano Yamaha MotoGP Qualifying – Fabio Quartararo closed the qualifying for the Emilia Romagna and Riviera di Rimini Grand Prix with the third fastest time.

At the end of the session, the Petronas driver managed to set a time of 1:31.222 which guaranteed him his sixth front row of the season.

“It was a difficult qualifying and I didn't feel very good on the bike. I was surprised with my lap because I made a mistake at turn 14, but it was still pretty good. I'm happy to be on the front row again, this was our main objective and our pace is also excellent. We tried a lot of things in FP4 with the bike, so it was a bit difficult for us, but we showed that we have a good pace and I feel strong. I think tomorrow there are seven or eight riders who could fight for victory. It will be important to get a good start, which I worked on this weekend to improve. I think it will be a fun race and hopefully we can get a good result.”
