MotoGP | Malaysian GP: Marquez, “Sepang 2015? I would do the same thing again with Rossi"

MotoGP GP Malaysia Repsol Honda – Marc Marquez from Malaysia returned to talk about Sepang 2015, a race that hit the headlines due to Valentino Rossi's accusations and the Spaniard's crash in the race after a contact with the then Yamaha rider.

The nine-time world champion had accused Marquez, leaflet in hand, of having behaved incorrectly in the previous race, Australia 2015.

Interviewed by his colleagues at AS.com, Honda's #93 said that he would do everything he did in 2015 again. He then underlined that he is not interested in renewing relations with the Pesaro rider. Here's what he said.

“Rossi came to Sepang in 2015 with the times for the Australian GP. I remember it perfectly. I didn't understand anything, because it's as if they were saying that last Sunday I spent the whole race playing and overtaking and that in the end I overtook Bagnaia because I did it and, on the other hand, I didn't want to overtake Rins because I didn't Done. It wouldn't make sense to say it. I would behave the same way again, I wouldn't behave differently, because all I did was fight a race, more than normal in the first laps, as did Rossi.
