MotoGP GP Malaysia Sepang Free Practice 1 – Jorge Martin achieved the best time in the first free practice session of the MotoGP class Malaysian Grand Prix, the 18th round of the 2023 MotoGP championship scheduled for Sepang.

The Pramac team rider, who has a 13-point gap from Pecco Bagnaia in the world rankings, recorded his best lap in 1:59.513, preceding the Ducati of Alex Marquez (Gresini Racing) by just 49 thousandths. Third position for the other Ducati of Johann Zarco (Pramac Racing), ahead of the Yamahas of Franco Morbidelli and Fabio Quartararo.

The wild-card Aruba.it Racing finished in penultimate position, more than three seconds behind, exactly 3.003s from the leader Martin. The rider is riding the Ducati Desmosedici #19.
