MotoGP GP Spain Suzuki – Heavy zero in the box for Joan Mir in the Spanish Grand Prix, the fourth round of this 2019 MotoGP world championship.

After yesterday's lackluster qualifying, the Spaniard suffered a fall while he was in eleventh position, an aspect which did not allow him to collect points during this weekend in Jerez.

An unlucky day, especially for the pace expressed in the first part of the race, which the Suzuki team standard-bearer will almost certainly want to redeem in two weeks at Le Mans.

“I'm disappointed that I didn't finish the race,” declared the Spaniard at the end of the race. “This weekend I had good potential, but unfortunately this is racing. The feeling with the bike seemed good and when I caught up with the top ten group I felt pretty good. It was a real shame."

On the next round he added: “Le Mans is a track that I like and I hope to be able to have a good race. I want to get a result that I know I can achieve."
