MotoGP GP Germany Ducati – Francesco Bagnaia closed the German Grand Prix, ninth stage of the 2019 MotoGP, in 17th position.

It was a complicated weekend for the Pramac team rookie. The crash in FP1 complicated all plans and left him not 1100% physically. In the race, the Turin driver managed to recover a few positions at the start, but due to an error mid-race, arriving long in the gravel, he lost several positions.

Statements Francesco Bagnaia German GP MotoGP Qualifying

“It was a particular weekend because I crashed in FP1, I lost FP2 and I wasn't 100% physically. Saturday's tests, except for FP3, seem positive to me, even in FP4 I had a good pace. Even this morning in the Warm Up it went well, I didn't expect to struggle so much in the race. Instead I set off and immediately felt I had little rear grip. Furthermore, to resist an overtaking I arrived long and finished my race there. It was a difficult weekend and we will try not to repeat it in Brno. Now there are holidays and we will try to disconnect everything and reset.”
