MotoGP GP Czech Republic Free Practice 4 – The fourth free practice session of the MotoGP class in Brno, not valid for the purposes of entering Q2, saw the riders take to the track in scorching temperatures, over 30° in the air and 52° on the asphalt.

A temperature 7° lower than what the Moto3 class riders encountered in qualifying where pole went to Kornfeil (read the report here), given that in these FP4 the sky was slightly overcast.

As usual, the drivers worked both in view of the race with a full tank and in view of the qualifications which will give away the pole position for the tenth round of the season.

The best time went to Marc Marquez, who stopped the clock at a time of 1:56.149. The leader of the world championship preceded the Suzukis of Andrea Iannone and Alex Rins, respectively 0.526s and +0.630s behind.

Fourth time for Jack Miller, followed by Alvaro Bautista, Dani Pedrosa, Valentino Rossi (who lapped with the soft tire on the rear), Danilo Petrucci, Cal Crutchlow and Andrea Dovizioso.

The qualifications will begin shortly and can be followed clicking here.
