MotoGP GP Czech Republic Free Practice 3 – The third free practice session of the MotoGP class in Brno, the last to directly access Q2, saw the riders take to the track under clear skies, 30° in the air and a good 44° on the asphalt.

The Hondas confirmed themselves to be very fast and Marc Marquez took command of operations shortly after taking to the track, with a time of 1:55.637. Subsequently it was another driver from the golden wing manufacturer who took the lead, namely Cal Crutchlow.

Then came the response from Ducati, with Danilo Petrucci (Team Pramac), second yesterday, who set a time of 1:55.369.

The Yamahas were in more difficulty, with Valentino Rossi managing to reach the Top Ten only seven minutes from the end of the session, but then setting the best time with a time of 1:55.175.

The Yamaha rider from Pesaro gave the "paw" at the end of the session, preceding his Ducati compatriot Danilo Petrucci, trailing by just 86 thousandths.

Third time for another Ducati, that of Jorge Lorenzo, who preceded Marc Marquez's Honda and Andrea Iannone's Suzuki.

The combined ranking of the three free practice sessions also promoted Dani Pedrosa, Cal Crutchlow, Johann Zarco, Tito Rabat and Andrea Dovizioso, tenth, to the final qualifying phase.

Among the big names, Maverick Vinales will have to pass through the Q1 trap, eleventh and ahead of Aleix Espargarò's Aprilia and the Ducatis of Jack Miller and Alvaro Bautista.
