MotoGP GP Japan Motegi Press Conference – Johaan Zarco was one of the protagonists of the press conference preceding the Australian Grand Prix, seventeenth stage of the 2019 MotoGP.

The French rider, after losing the saddle of the KTM and being stranded, will end the season with the Honda of the LCR team replacing Takaaki Nakagami who will undergo shoulder surgery in the next few days. It is not yet clear whether this is a test for #5, but certainly if he can do well it will be a good starting point for next year.

Statements Johann Zarco Australian GP Press Conference

“The smile is back. Difficult to set a goal. I've always started well in MotoGP, but this year has been complicated. I have to do well and take advantage of the opportunity that Honda has given me. I took a big risk leaving KTM. I know it's not a long-term project at the moment, but I realized while I was at home that racing was what I wanted to do."
