MotoGP – Brno QP1 – Rolfo needs more grip
In the only round of official testing reserved for the MotoGP class, Roberto Rolfo ranked in 19th position. The Team D'Antin Pramac rider is confident of a good start tomorrow afternoon, at 14 pm, which will allow him to recover several positions in the race.
Roberto Rolfo (19th – 2'00''879)
“We have improved but I'm not happy with the position. There were some difficulties this morning because I didn't find the conditions I had yesterday. In the afternoon, however, I managed to improve but we need more grip in the rear and more consistency in performance. As for the front end, it has improved and we have found a good feeling. In the warm-up we will try to find the rear grip that we are currently lacking, because it is the thing that worries me most about the race."
Andre Laugier – Chief Technician
“This morning's tests were not very satisfactory; in the afternoon qualifying session we improved slightly but we didn't achieve our objective which was to lap in 59. We still have some time to take advantage of tomorrow morning's warm-up and do the final checks before the race".
