MotoGP 2015 Repsol Honda GP Czech Republic Race – Marc Marquez, after the victory in Indianapolis, achieved exactly one week ago, today had to surrender to his compatriot Jorge Lorenzo, who achieved his fifth success of the year. The Honda rider managed to keep the Yamaha's pace for the first 5/6 laps, but then had to give up. However, he recovered five points from Valentino Rossi, third today.

Marc, tell us about your race, which saw you as the protagonist in the first laps.

“In the race I tried to take risks to stay with Jorge. In the first laps I pushed to the limit to keep up with his pace, I managed to do so for 7/8 laps, but then when the rear tire dropped I was no longer able to do so. I started having problems entering corners and accelerating. So I said that it was time to keep an eye on the distance with Valentino, because at the start of the race I had taken a lot of risks. I'm happy because Brno is one of the circuits where I struggle the most, one of the most difficult for us. I am therefore happy with this second place.”

How do you rate your tire choice?

“I chose the hard rear because for me and Honda it is impossible to use the medium. You could even use it for ten laps, but then after ten laps the bike moves a lot and it's difficult to control it.”
