MotoGP Barcelona: Cielo Tv, average spectators exceeded one and a half million
The free-to-air channel achieved excellent results in the Catalan GP with the maximum peak during the final lap
MotoGP GP Catalunya 2015 TV ratings – The Catalunya Grand Prix, which saw Jorge Lorenzo achieve his fourth consecutive victory, Valentino Rossi maintain his world leadership (even if by just one point) and Dani Pedrosa return to the podium, had excellent feedback on Cielo TV.
The premier class glued 1 million 516 thousand viewers to the TV with an 11,85% share, making Cielo the most watched channel in Italy during the entire broadcast. Audience peak in the last round of the race, which recorded 1 million 711 thousand viewers, equal to 13,44% share. An extraordinary result, which positioned Cielo as the seventh most watched channel all day.
The world championship will return to the track on Saturday 27 June in Assen, where the Dutch GP will take place, the eighth stage of the 2015 season
