Andrea Iannone finished the first day of Aragon in eleventh position, the scene of the fourteenth race of the 2013 world championship. The Ducati rider from Abruzzo lost time in the afternoon session due to a problem with the GPS of his Desmosedici, so he has the say.

“Physically it went quite well, even on the technical side it wasn't bad, we worked with the team, it's just a shame about the time lost due to a GPS problem. The bike didn't know where it was and therefore the power it was supposed to give me in the straight line it gave me in the corners and vice versa. It took me a while to figure it out, then it was fixed. There remain some problems with braking, we are working on that and I hope that the path taken is the right one. I can't put the right amount of pressure on the brake lever and I struggle to stop. Dovizioso is about a second from the leaders, in my opinion that is our limit, it is difficult to do more than that. However, we worked from a race perspective, which is the thing that matters most. so I hope I can improve myself starting tomorrow.”
