MotoGP | GP Jerez Day 1, Acosta: “We are happy with the work”

MotoGP KTM Tech3 – Rookie Pedro Acosta achieved the sixth fastest time on the first day of testing for the Spanish Grand Prix, the fourth round of the 2024 MotoGP.

The #31 of Team GASGAS Tech3 is the only KTM rider who achieved direct access to Q2, this underlining the competitiveness of the rider from Mazarron, who in Austin became the youngest rider ever to achieve two consecutive podiums in 19 years and 325 days.

“It's never easy to arrive on a new circuit with a MotoGP, there are many things to focus on and understand before testing on Friday afternoon. In the end we can be happy because we worked a bit on the pace with the tires, and we set a good time without making too many mistakes, and this helped us get to Saturday well. We are happy, let's continue the work!”.
