MotoGP GP Valencia Ducati – Pecco Bagnaia won the MotoGP race and title in Valencia, theater of the Valencian Community Grand Prix, the last round of the 2023 MotoGP.

The Ducati #1 who started with a 14 point lead over Jorge Martin started very well from pole, while his opponent first went straight into turn 1 during the third lap risking hitting him, and then fell after hitting Marc Marquez.

The Piedmontese's race was thus all downhill, even if Pecco didn't see the "Martin out" sign and until the end thought that his teammate was fourth. Bagnaia is the first MotoGP rider to win the title two years in a row after Valentino Rossi and Marc Marquez.

Here are his words released to the Italian press after the official press conference.

Statements Pecco Bagnaia 2023 Valencia MotoGP World Champion

“Winning the second title was different, every year there is a different situation, the important thing is to find solutions to the difficulties and we did it again this year, I am very proud of my team and of all the people who they work for me. We did an incredible job to win this title which at a certain point seemed like it was going away due to difficulties that we didn't publicize too much. I couldn't ask for more, winning the race and the Championship was fantastic. I never doubted, I knew 100% that we would be very strong and this helped me a lot."
