MotoGP Valencia Valencian Community GP Qualifying – Jorge Martin achieved pole position in the Valencian Community Grand Prix in the MotoGP class, the 20th and final stage of the 2022 MotoGP championship scheduled for Sunday in Valencia.

The Team Pramac rider took the lead with his Desmosedici GP with a time of 1:29.621, a time that allowed him to beat Marc Marquez on the Honda Factory by 0.205s and his teammate Jack Miller by 0.213s.

For Martin it is the third consecutive pole, the fifth of the season, ninth in MotoGP. 16th pole of the season for Ducati.

Second row for an extraordinary Fabio Quartararo, who despite having a bike lower than his competitors, placed fourth, 0.279s from the top. Let's remember that “El Diablo” is forced to win to reach the title, with Bagnaia not expected to do better than 15th.

Also on the second row with the #20 of the Tre Diapason manufacturer are Alex Rins with the Suzuki and Maverick Vinales with the Aprilia, the latter two having passed through Q1.

Pecco Bagnaia will start from the third row, eighth fastest, sandwiched between Brad Binder's KTM and Johann Zarco's Ducati Pramac. Tomorrow he could bring the riders' title back to Ducati 15 years after Casey Stoner, the pressure is being felt, but the Piedmontese has amply demonstrated that he can achieve his goal.

Fourth row for Aleix Espargarò (Aprilia), Luca Marini (Ducati Mooney VR46 Racing Team) and Joan Mir (Suzuki). It will be an uphill race for Enea Bastianini, who on board the Team Gresini Ducati was unable to get through Q1 as well as Franco Morbidelli (Yamaha).

The “Beast” will start from the 13th square, while “Soft” from the 16th. Difficult qualifying also for the "Rookie of The Year" Marco Bezzecchi (Ducati Mooney VR46 Racing Team) 18th, immediately ahead of the other rookie, Fabio Di Giannantonio (Ducati Gresini).

The best rookie is Marco Bezzecchi (Ducati Mooney VR46 Racing Team) 18th, followed by Fabio Di Giannantonio (Ducati Gresini) 19th, Remy Gardner (KTM Team Tech 3 and from next year in Yamaha Superbike) 20th, Raul Fernandez (KTM Team Tech 3 ) 23rd and Darryn Binder (Yamaha WithU RNF) 24th.
