MotoGP | GP Misano 2 FP3: Bagnaia in command, Rossi eighth, Dovizioso forced to Q1

MotoGP Gp Misano Emilia Romagna Free Practice 3 – Francesco Bagnaia achieved the best time in the third free practice session of the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix and Riviera di Rimini MotoGP class, seventh round of the 2020 Top Class.

The Team Ducati Pramac rider, on the podium last Sunday and crashing without consequences, set the best lap with a time of 1:31.127 and preceded Maverick Vinales by just 58 thousandths, who only managed to move up at the end.

Third and fourth times for the Yamaha Petronas of Fabio Quartararo and Franco Morbidelli, followed by Joan Mir's Suzuki, Brad Binder's KTM and Takaaki Nakagami's Honda of Team LCR.

Valentino Rossi is eighth, 0.553s from the top and precedes the KTM of Pol Espargarò and the official Ducati of Danilo Petrucci, the last qualifier in Q2.

Andrea Dovizioso didn't make it, only fourteenth and will be forced to Q1, where we remember the first two will access the final phase of qualifying. Dovizioso will compete with Jack Miller, Aleix Espargarò, Johann Zarco, Miguel Oliveira and Alex Rins among others. The times shown below refer to FP3 only.
