MotoGP GP Teruel Motorland Aragon Race – Franco Morbidelli dominated the Teruel Grand Prix, eleventh stage of the 2020 MotoGP.

A true masterpiece from the Italian-Brazilian, who demonstrated impressive supremacy, immediately taking the lead to impose an infernal pace on the race.

Alex Rins, winner last Sunday again in Aragon, tried to keep his pace, but in the end he surrendered to "Frankie" and preceded his team-mate Joan Mir, who is increasingly leading the world championship standings.

The Ducatis sank, saved only by Johann Zarco, who on the "old" Desmosedici GP19 finished fifth behind Pol Espargarò's KTM.

Andrea Dovizioso, the only Ducatista in contention for the title, has raised the white flag and even if the mathematics does not yet condemn him, thirteenth place smacks of surrender. Michelin's new rear tire casing put him and the men of the two-wheeled "Red" in crisis. Danilo Petrucci was slightly better, finishing tenth, while both Team Pramac bikes were out. Jack Miller was hit from the start by Brad Binder, while Francesco Bagnaia retired due to an engine failure.

Double crash at Honda, pole-man Takaaki Nakagami fell at the start of the race, while Alex Marquez crashed while fighting for the podium. Yamaha's race was dull (Morbidelli aside, ed.) Maverick Vinales finished seventh ahead of Fabio Quartararo.

Jaon Mir is increasingly leading the world championship standings with 137 points against Fabio Quartararo's 123, Maverick Vinales' 118, Franco Morbidelli's 112 and Andrea Dovizioso's 109.
