MotoGP | German GP Day 1: Marc Marquez, "We went fast but the Yamahas are there" [VIDEO]

MotoGP German GP Honda Repsol – Marc Marquez ended the first day of free practice for the German Grand Prix, ninth stage of the 2019 MotoGP, scheduled for this weekend on the Sachsenring circuit in the lead.

The leader of the world championship classification said he was satisfied with the pace shown and used two RC213V chassis, which he will do again tomorrow before deciding which one to use in the race.

“I'm happy with the pace we had, we went fast. It was a good start, it was important to work from a race perspective and I'm happy with the setup of the bike and the pace, but the two Yamahas of Quartararo and Vinales are there – said Marc Marquez – It will be a very long race, 30 laps, after the first 15 will start another one, it will be important to work well with the tyres.
