MotoGP | GP Brno Day 1: Dovizioso, “We are in line with the fastest”

MotoGP GP Czech Republic Brno Ducati Day 1 – Andrea Dovizioso closed the first day of free practice for the MotoGP class in Brno with the fourth fastest time.

The Ducati rider is close to the top and in line with the best, but the rain that could arrive tomorrow could upset plans.

Today "DesmoDovi" also tested the new fairing brought by Ducati but was unable to make a comparison with the "old" one, even if the first approach seemed positive.

Last year he won the race ahead of his former team-mate Jorge Lorenzo and will try to repeat himself, but this year the competition seems fiercer.

“Here in Brno you need to have a lot of stability when braking and it seems that the hard tire up front is the right one. With the possible rain tomorrow, everyone tested a lot of material, so we need to study the pace of our opponents well. Here the tire drops a lot at the rear, but the lap with the soft tire went well, we are in line with the fastest. If we can't work in the dry tomorrow, the race will be an unknown."
