MotoGP | GP Aragon Qualifying: Marc Marquez, “I'm satisfied” [VIDEO]

MotoGP Gp Aragon Honda Repsol – Marc Marquez, as expected, after dominating Day 1 at the Motorland of Aragon (stage of the fourteenth race of the 2019 MotoGP, ed.), won the pole position of the Aragon GP.

For the #93 of the Repsol Honda Team it is the ninth pole of the season, the 61st in MotoGP, 89th in his career.

What worried him at least on the flying lap was Team Yamaha Petronas SRT rookie Fabio Quartararo, second ahead of his brand mate Maverick Vinales. However, Marquez seems unbeatable on pace, here's what the seven-time world champion had to say.

“I'm satisfied, the objective was the front row and if possible pole. With the first tire I felt very good, while with the second I made some mistakes. FP4 was decisive in preparing for a good race. Today I lost on T1, especially in turns 1, 2 and 3. I then gained on T4. For the race a lot will depend on the temperature and other factors. Today we did a long run with the medium in front because yesterday I didn't feel right and it went quite well. We'll see tomorrow, I was the favorite in Austin too and then I crashed. On Friday I went faster than today, but yesterday there was a favorable wind, while today it was a bit disturbing.”
