MotoGP | GP Aragon Qualifying: Morbidelli, “I'm quite satisfied”

MotoGP Gp Aragon Petronas Yamaha MotoGP – Franco Morbidelli closed qualifying for the Aragon Grand Prix, the fourteenth stage of the 2019 MotoGP, with the eighth fastest time.

After missing out on direct access to Q2, the Petronas team driver had to go through the Q1 trap, overtaking it with the first time.

“I'm quite satisfied because it's always nice to reach the top ten and it wasn't easy to get through to Q1. There were a lot of top riders in the session, but I managed to get through to Q2. We didn't have incredible speed in the second qualifying session, but we were good enough for the third row. We need to focus on ourselves tomorrow and ride our race while trying to squeeze every potential out of the bike. There are some other areas to work on and improve, so we will do that in the morning during the warm-up and then hopefully fight for the top five places in the race. ”
