MotoE | Jerez Test Day 3: Ferrari wins the final day
Granado second, excellent third for category rookie Aegerter
MotoE Test Jerez – The third and final day of official testing of the MotoE, the electric motorcycle championship preparing for the start of the second season, took place on the Spanish circuit of Jerez de la Frontera.
At the end of the day it was the reigning world champion of the category, Matteo Ferrari (Trentino Gresini Motoe) who recorded the best time, stopping the time at 1:47,494 and preceding a very competitive Eric Granado (Avintia Esponsorama Racing). Excellent third time for the rookie of the category, Dominique Aegerter (Dynavolt GP).
In fourth position we find Bradley Smith (WithU Motorsport) followed by Alex De Angelis (Octo Pramac MOTOE), and Xavier Simeon (LCR E-Team). Mike Di Meglio (EG 0,0 Marc VDS) recorded the eighth fastest time ahead of Niki Tuuli (Avant Ajo Motoe). Josh Hook (Octo Pramac MOTOE) and rookie Jordi Torres (Pons Racing 40) complete the top ten.
