Moto3 Motegi: Alessandro Tonucci “Fantastic race, what a satisfaction the first podium in the world championship”

Alessandro Tonucci the Motegi grand prix closed with 3rd place, bringing the Italia FMI team back to the podium. For the rider from the Marche region, this is the first podium in the world championship, a result certainly not achieved easily: the man from the Marche fought throughout the race without any fear with Cortese, Vinales, Salom, in short the big names in the category.

“It was a fantastic race – Tonucci said – I love this track and winning my first podium in the world championship at Motegi, the Honda track, gives me enormous satisfaction. We have worked very well with the team since Friday and we constantly improved by finding the right balance in the bike. I want to thank my family, my girlfriend, the IMF and the team. They have always helped me in difficult moments and I dedicate this podium to them. Now I want to do very well in the next three races. I'm fit and I'll give my best"
