Moto3 Le Mans, FP1: Norrodin the fastest, followed by Antonelli and Migno

GP Le Mans Moto3 Free Practice 1 – Humidity, fog and cold with 9° in the air and 11° on the asphalt welcomed the riders of the Moto3 class to Le Mans, the scene of the fifth stage of the 2017 season.

The first free practices of the "Cinderella" class of the world championship therefore saw the riders take to the track with rain tyres. Also on track is Danny Kent, who returned to the Moto3 class after ending his adventure in the Moto2 class early with Kiefer Racing and here as a wild card with the Red Bull Ajo KTM Team.

The fastest at the end of the 40-minute session was the Malaysian Adam Norrodin (Honda Sic Racing Team) who stopped the clock at a time of 1:51.468. Behind him are our Niccolò Antonelli (KTM Red Bull Ajo) and Andrea Migno (KTM Sky VR46), 40 and 44 thousandths behind respectively.

Fourth time for Gabriel Rodrigo, who preceded our Marco Bezzecchi (Mahindra Team CIP), Nicolò Bulega (KTM Sky VR46) and Lorenzo Dalla Porta (Mahindra Team Aspar).

Closing out the Top Ten are the returning Danny Kent (KTM Red Bull Ajo), Bo Bendsneyder (KTM Red Bull Ajo) and Aron Canet (Honda Monlau Competition).

Enea Bastianini and Tony Arbolino occupy the twelfth and thirteenth position, while Fabio di Giannantonio is nineteenth. Twenty-third position for Romano Fenati (Honda Marinelli Rivacold Snipers) and twenty-fifth for Manuel Pagliani (Mahindra Team CIP).
