Moto3 | GP Sachsenring FP2: Oettl in the lead, Arbolino is second
The Südmetall Schedl GP Racing driver reaches the top in front of his home crowd
Moto3 German GP Free Practice 2 – German Philipp Oettl achieved the best performance in front of his home crowd. The Südmetall Schedl GP Racing rider achieved the best time of the day in the Moto3 class with a time of 1:26.938.
Behind him is our Tony Arbolino who, riding the Team Snipers Honda, is only 42 thousandths off the top. The former Team SIC58 Squadra Corse rider is ahead of the world championship leader Jorge Martin and the KTMs of John Mcphee and Marcos Ramirez.
Aron Canet with the Honda of Team Monlau is sixth ahead of the KTMs of Gabriel Rodrigo, Albert Arenas and Jakub Kornfeil. Fabio Di Giannantonio, Team Gresini rider, closes the Top Ten.
The other Italians are: Nicolò Bulega (KTM Sky VR46) twelfth, Marco Bezzecchi (KTM PruestelGP) fourteenth, Enea Bastianini (Honda Leopard) fifteenth, Lorenzo Dalla Porta (Honda Leopard) seventeenth, Niccolò Antonelli (SIC58 Squadra Corse) twenty-second and twenty-fifth in twenty-seventh position Dennis Foggia (KTM Sky VR46), Andrea Migno (KTM Angel Nieto) and Stefano Nepa (KTM Cip – Green Power).
