Moto3 Brno, Warm Up: Rins confirms himself as the fastest

Alex Rins, after the pole position obtained yesterday in Brno (the third in a row), also wins the warm up of the Moto3 class. The Team Estrella Galicia 0,0 rider in fact stopped the clock at a time of 2:08.451, a time of only 69 thousandths better than that set by the German Jonas Folger, riding the Kalex KTM of Team Aspar.

Third time for Maverick Vinales, who trails leader Luis Salom in the world standings by just 9 points. Maverick is followed by his cousin Isaac (riding the FTR Honda of Team Ongetta-Centro Seta), by Alex Marquez (brother of Marc, leader of the MotoGP world championship), by Efren Vazquez (riding the Mahindra) and by Salom, still struggling with ankle pain due to the fall in the Indianapolis tests.

Three FTR Hondas close the Top Ten, those of Jack Miller (who had surgery on his collarbone a few days ago), that of Alexis Masbou and that of John McPhee. The best of ours is Romano Fenati, eleventh and ahead of Miguel Oliveria (with the second Mahindra), Niccolò Antonelli and Lorenzo Baldassarri.

The other Italians are Alessandro Tonucci seventeenth, Matteo Ferrari nineteenth, the wild card Andrea Migno twenty-sixth and Francesco Bagnaia thirty-first. Thirty-third time for Ana Carrasco, the only woman on the track.
