Moto3 GP Spain Jerez Race – The Moto3 class race in Jerez immediately took a turn for the worse: David Alonso, who had dominated the weekend so far on the Team Aspar CFMoto, fell on the last corner of the first lap. The #80 of Team Aspar then got back on the bike, finishing 11th.

The victory went to Collin Veijer, his second success in Moto3 after Sepang 2023. The Team Intact GP rider brought his Husqvarna to cross the finish line ahead of David Munoz's Team BOE Motorsports KTM, beaten by just 45 thousandths. Third step of the podium for the KTM of Team MT Helmets – MSI of Ivan Ortolà, who arrived 0.826s from the top.

Lonely fourth position for Ryusei Yamanaka, who aboard the second KTM of Team MT Helmets – MSI finished ahead of Joel Kelso (KTM BOE Motorsports), Adrian Fernandez (Honda Leopard Racing) and the leader of the world championship classification Daniel Holgado (GASGAS Tech3) .

The best of the Italian riders is Nicola Carraro, who finished eighth on the KTM of Team MTA, ahead of his compatriot and team-mate Stefano Nepa and the Honda Leopard Racing rookie Angel Piqueras, who closes the Top Ten.

Also in points were the aforementioned David Alonso, Jacob Roulstone (GASGAS Tech3), our Filippo Farioli (Honda SIC58 Squadra Corse) and Matteo Bertelle (Honda Snipers) and the latter's team-mate David Almansa.

Riccardo Rossi (KTM CIP) finished 18th, while Luca Lunetta (Honda SIC58 Squadra Corse) crossed the finish line in 20th position.

The World ranking sees Holgado in command with 74 points, 6 more than Alonso, while Veijer, third, is 28 points behind.
