Moto3 | GP Assen FP3: Guevara ahead of Foggia

Moto3 Dutch GP Free Practice 3 – After Friday's rain, the sun arrived in Assen and the Moto3 class riders battled to seek direct access to Q2.

The best time was achieved by Izan Guevara who brought GasGas to the top with a time of 1:41.526. The Team Aspar driver, winner of the last two races held in Barcelona and at the Sachsenring, preceded our Dennis Foggia by just 35 thousandths, who returned to the protagonist after a day to forget with the rain.

The Team Leopard rider precedes the championship leader Sergio Garcia (GasGas Aspar), who in turn is ahead of the Team KTM BOE rookie, David Munoz, the fastest in the wet.

Followed by three Japanese, Tatsuki Suzuki (Honda Leopard), Ayumu Sasaki (Husqvarna Max Racing Team) and Ryusei Yamanaka (KTM MT Helmets -MSI).

Closing out the Top Ten are our Riccardo Rossi (Honda SIC58 Squadra Corse), Deniz Oncu (KTM Tech 3) and Lorenzo Fellon (Honda SIC58 Squadra Corse).

Also qualifying directly for Q2: Jaume Masia (KTM Red Bull Ajo), Joel Kelso (KTM CIP), John McPhee (Husqvarna Max Racing Team) and our Andrea Migno (Honda Snipers).

They will have to go through Q1 among others: Stefano Nepa, Elia Bartolini (KTM Avintia, author of a bad fall at the end of the session, ed.), Alberto Surra (Honda Snipers) and Luca Lunetta who replaces the injured Matteo Bertelle riding the KTM of Team Avintia.
