Moto3 | GP Aragon FP3: Oncu precedes Guevara, Foggia is sixth
The other Italians are behind, only Nepa and Foggia directly access Q2
Moto3 Aragon Free Practice 3 – Deniz Oncu was the fastest in the third and final free practice session of the Moto3 class at Motorland in Aragon, 15th stage of the 2022 MotoGP.
The Team Tech 3 rider beat the competition by clocking an amazing 1:57.265, a time that put him at the top of the time table ahead of Izan Guevara (GasGas Aspar) and Daniel Holgado (KTM Red Bull Ajo), respectively 0.347s and 0.564s.
Fourth time for Ayumu Sasaki (Husqvarna Max Racing Team) who preceded the CFMoto of Xavier Artigas and our Dennis Foggia (interviewed exclusively by Motorionline before the race weekend).
The Roman rider is followed by Diogo Moreira (KTM MT Helmets – MSI), John McPhee (Husqvarna Max Racing Team), Jaume Masia (KTM Red Bull Ajo) and Sergio Garcia (GasGas Aspar), who closes the Top Ten.
Adrian Fernandez (KTM Tech 2), Tatsuki Suzuki (Honda Leopard), Ivan Ortolà (KTM MTA) and Stefano Nepa (KTM MTA) also qualified directly for Q3.
They will have to pass through the Q1 trap, among others: Riccardo Rossi, Elia Bartolini, Andrea Migno, Nicola Fabio Carraro, the wild card Alessandro Morosi and Alberto Surra.
