Moto2 | United States GP Qualifying: Marquez wins pole, Pasini 3rd
Some mistakes for Bagnaia, who will start from the second row together with Marini
Moto2 GP United States Qualifying – Alex Marquez wins the pole of the Moto2 class Americas Grand Prix.
The Marc VdS team driver stopped the clock at 2:10.588 ahead of Sam Lowes and Mattia Pasini.
Behind the Team ItalTrans driver, Francesco Bagnaia (Sky Racing Team VR46), who had to "abort" two very fast laps due to several errors, and the rookie Joan Mir (Marc VdS). Behind the Spaniard, Luca Marini (Sky Racing Team VR46) and Xavi Vierge.
Marcel Schrötter will start from eighth place, followed by Fabio Qartararo (SpeedUp) and Isaac Vinales who completes the top ten.
Simone Corsi will start 14th, ahead of Romano Fenati (Marinelli Snipers). Still difficulties for Lorenzo Baldassarri (Hp Pons) who recorded only the 17th time. Twenty-first time for Andrea Locatelli (ItalTrans)
