Moto2: Test in Aragon for Team Pons, Vinales, Salom and Edgar Pons on track

Immediately after the Spanish GP, Team Pons Moto2 headed to the Motorland of Aragon to continue work on their Kalex. On the track are Maverick Vinales, Luis Salom and Edgar Pons, who made his debut last weekend in Jerez in the world championship.

All three riders focused on continuing to accumulate km on their Kalex Moto2, continuing their adaptation to the new category and trying different settings.

“I am very satisfied with this test – said Maverick Vinales – It was very intense because we covered many laps and tried many things. I think it went very well. We have made such progress that we will meet again both here for the race and next Sunday at Le Mans.”

“It was a very positive test – added Luis Salom – I'm happy because we continued to get to know the bike and this allowed me to draw further conclusions and move forward in the right direction. I leave with a good feeling and I have a very clear path that we must follow in the next races. We have to keep working and I think this test will help me a lot for the Le Mans race.”

“I'm happy, we had a good test – concluded Edgar Pons – Last weekend we debuted in the world championship and I think it went well. There is a very high level and you learn a lot. I came here much more relaxed and was quite fast. Now I have to concentrate on the Spanish championship and try to get the best out of what I've learned."
