Moto2 Rio Hondo: Rabat also makes the Warm Up its own

Esteve Rabat achieved the best time in the Warm Up of the Moto2 class at Termas de Rio Hondo, theater of the Grand Prix of the Argentine Republic, third stage of the 2014 world championship. The poleman achieved it with a time of 1:43.914, going ahead the German Jonas Folger, AGR Team rider, by 162 thousandths.

Third time for the Frenchman Johann Zarco, rider of Team AirAsia Caterham. The former Iodaracing driver, who has a gap from the top of 205 thousandths, precedes the Spanish Maverick Vinales, the 2013 Supersport champion Sam Lowes, and the two Team Aspar riders, Nico Terol and Jordi Torres.

Eighth time for the best of the Italian drivers, Simone Corsi. The Roman driver of Forward Racing is ahead of the Belgian Xavier Simeon and Luis Salom, who closes the Top Ten with the second Kalex of Team Pons. Eleventh time for Lorenzo Baldassarri. Further back Mattia Pasini, eighteenth, while Franco Morbidelli and Alex de Angelis finished in twenty-first and twenty-ninth position.
