Moto2 German Grand Prix – Yesterday's historic pole in Germany: it had never happened that the first three positions on the grid were occupied by three Italian drivers. In addition to Mattia Pasini's pole position, Luca Marini and Francesco Bagnaia complete the front row.

Luca marini"Another front row! I set off to immediately set my best lap time and thought that 1.23.900 would be enough, but Paso (Pasini ed.) set a great time. I'm satisfied because, in qualifying, even with the hard tire I managed to be really competitive and this is excellent news in view of the race. For tomorrow I have a good pace and good sensations while riding, the only unknown at the moment is my physical condition. The track is characterized by many left turns and this could put strain on my shoulder on the long run."

Francis Bagnaia: “I'm very happy with this front row: yesterday in FP1 I used the session to try some new material and this caused us to accumulate a bit of a delay in our work. We didn't lose concentration and this morning we found the sensations we were looking for while driving. Then in qualifying, we took another step and grew further. I have a good pace for the race and we can still make a small step forward in the warm up. Me, Paso (Pasini ed.), Luca and Miguel (Oliveira ed.) can really have a great race."
