Moto2 | GP Valencia Test 2: Acosta confirms his lead, Vietti is sixth

Moto2 GP Valencia Tests 2 – Pedro Acosta confirmed himself as the fastest also in the second test session of the Grand Prix of the Valencian Community, the 20th and final stage of the Moto2 class, scheduled in Valencia.

The 2023 champion of the middle class, who set the best lap with a time of 1:33.768, left Fermin Aldeguer (SpeedUp) and Aron Canet (Pons) behind, 0.132s and 0.183s behind respectively.

Fourth time for Jake Dixon, with the Briton from Team Aspar ahead of Sam Lowes (Marc VDS) and Celestino Vietti (Fantic Racing). Marcos Ramirez with the Kalex of Team OnlyFans American Racing is seventh and ahead of Italtrans drivers Joe Roberts and Dennis Foggia. Alonso Lopez (SpeedUp) closes the Top Ten.

Also qualified for the provisional Q2 were Somkiat Chantra (Team Asia), Izan Guevara (Aspar), our Tony Arbolino (Marc VDS) and with the time recorded in the morning Ai Ogura (Team Asia).

Matteo Ferrari (Gresini Racing) finished 28th while Mattia Casadei (Fantic Racing) was 31st.
