Fourth time for the world championship leader Pedro Acosta
Moto2 GP Malaysia Sepang Tests 2 – Ai Ogura achieved the best performance of the second practice session of the Malaysian Grand Prix, 18th stage of the Moto2 class, scheduled in Sepang.
The Japanese Honda Team Asia rider, who recorded the best lap with a time of 2:06.093, put Aron Canet (Pons) behind him, one tenth behind and in turn 53 thousandths ahead of Jake Dixon (Aspar).
Fourth time for the world championship leader Pedro Acosta (Red Bull Ajo), followed by Fermin Aldeguer (SpeedUp, the fastest of the morning, ed.), Marcos Ramirez (OnlyFans American Racing), Sergio Garcia (Pons) and team-mate Albert Arenas.
Closing out the Top Ten are Jeremy Alcoba (Gresini) and Alonso Lopez (SpeedUp). Also qualified for provisional Q2 were Joe Roberts (Italtrans), Celestino Vietti (Fantic Racing), Izan Guevara (Aspar) and with the time set in the first session Dennis Foggia (Italtrans).
Tony Arbolino was in difficulty and closed the session with the 18th time, 19th in the combined ranking. Mattia Casadei (Fantic Racing) finished 30th.
