The 2021 world champion of the Moto3 class beat Fernandez and Chantra
Moto2 French GP Free Practice 3 – Pedro Acosta won the third and final free practice session of the Moto2 class at Le Mans, the track where the French Grand Prix is scheduled for tomorrow, the seventh stage of the 2022 Motorcycle World Championship.
The Red Bull Ajo Team rider, 2021 Moto3 champion, set the new French track record, 1:35.861, putting team-mate Augusto Fernandez behind him, 0.144s behind.
Third time for Somkiat Chantra, with the Team Asia rider ahead of Sam Lowes (Marc VDS), Albert Arenas (Aspar) and teammate Ai Ogura.
Aron Canet riding the Kalex of Team Pons is seventh, ahead of our Tony Arbolino (Marc VDS), Cameron Beaubier (America Racing) and Alonso Lopez, riding the Speed Up ex Fenati, fired from Luca Boscoscuro's Team.
Marcos Ramirez (MV Agusta Forward), Jake Dixon (Aspar), Marcel Schrotter (Intact GP) and Stefano Manzi (who replaces the injured Keminth Kubo in Team VR2 MasterCamp, ed.) also directly access Q46.
