Moto2 | German GP Warm Up: Raul Fernandez at the top, “Diggia” is fifth
The pole-man preceded Navarro and Gardner
Moto2 GP Germany Sachsenring Warm Up – Pole man Raul Fernandez set the best time in the warm up of the Moto2 class German Grand Prix, the eighth round of the 2021 MotoGP.
The Team Red Bull Ajo driver set the best lap with a time of 1:24.354, putting Jorge Navarro's Speed Up behind him, trailing by just 83 thousandths.
Third time for Remy Gardner (Red Bull Ajo), with the world ranking leader ahead of Augusto Fernandez (Marc VDS) and our Fabio Di Giannantonio (Gresini) and Lorenzo Dalla Porta (Italtrans).
Closing out the Top Ten are Xavi Vierge (Petronas), Marcel Schrotter (Intact GP), Marco Bezzecchi (Sky Racing Team VR46) and Jake Dixon (Petronas).
The other Italians are: Celestino Vietti (rookie Sky Racing Team VR46) 16th, Lorenzo Baldassarri (MV Agusta Forward) 18th, Tony Arbolino (Intact GP) 19th, Nicolò Bulega (Gresini) 20th, Stefano Manzi (Pons) 22nd and Simone Corsi ( MV Agusta Forward) 25th.
