Moto2 GP Catalunya Barcelona Race – Remy Gardner wins the Catalan Grand Prix, seventh stage of the 2021 Moto2 class MotoGP World Championship.

Starting from the front row, the two standard bearers of the KTM Ajo team, Gardner and Fernandez, monopolized the first two positions throughout the race, leaving no chance for their pursuers to enter the fight for victory.

After a couple of overtakings between the first two, Remy Gardner took the victory ahead of Raul Fernandez and Xavi Vierge (Petronas).

Fourth position for Marco Bezzecchi (Sky Racing Team VR46) ahead of Augusto Fernandez (Marc VdS) and Bo Bendsneyder.

Sam Lowes (Marc Vds) finished in seventh position ahead of Marcel Schrotter (Intact GP) and Somakiat Chantra (Team Honda Asia). Joe Roberts (Italtrans) completes the top ten.

Tony Arbolino (Intact GP) finished 13th, ahead of Celestino Vietti (Sky Racing Team VR46).

The other Italians are out of the points with Simone Corsi (MV Agusta Forward) in 16th position and Nicolò Bulega (Gresini) 17th. Far away are Lorenzo Baldassarri (MV Agusta Forward), 23rd and Stefano Manzi (HP Pons), 24th. Fabio Di Giannantonio (Gresini) and Lorenzo Dalla Porta (ItalTrans) fell.
