After an initial visit to the medical center of the Le Mans circuit, to assess the consequences of the crash in the race, Dani Pedrosa immediately flew to Barcelona for further medical checks. Dani was examined by doctors at the Teknon Medical Center and underwent further clinical tests which confirmed a compound fracture of the right clavicle. The Repsol Honda rider will decide in the next few days the best way forward to heal the injury.

Dani spent the night in hospital, immobilized with a tight bandage on his shoulder and will evaluate in the next few days a possible operation to reduce the fracture with a plate, or whether to let the bone heal on its own without surgery. In both cases, Dani Pedrosa's participation in the Catalan Grand Prix, scheduled for Sunday 5 June, remains uncertain at the moment.

sir and admit your guilt... instead of passing it on to others... luckily you didn't hit the nail on Simoncelli... you could have really hurt him!!! maybe it's better if you go back to minibikes or for next year the moto3... more suitable for beginners, young ladies and crybabies... so they'll give the Honda to Iannone... much more of a man and less of a crybaby...

    Got one right!

My warmest and most sincere compliments for your sportsmanship. Fans like you can only do good for this sport.

(...I think the ironic and sarcastic nuance is evident...but it's better to specify!)
