Marco Melandri takes first position in the Estoril GP...second place for Roberto Rolfo

Marco Melandri won provisional pole at the end of the session
of official tests on Friday, passing an excellent Roberto Rolfo di
2 and a half tenths.

The other Italian was also very good Franco Battaini, which placed 4th
placed in front of Tony Elias.

Robert Locatelli must instead be satisfied with the last position of the
third row, having accumulated a gap of almost 2 seconds.
