Andrea Dovizioso – 4th time: “I'm happy to have conquered the front row even if I was hoping to recover a few more tenths in the final. Instead I found some traffic on the track at crucial moments. For the race it will be essential to reach the final laps with the least worn tires possible... everything will be played out there. I feel calm, the bike is there, I'm convinced I can have a good race."

Yuki Takahashi – 9th time: “I tried to study the best line well, I got the time by riding alone and I'm convinced that by trailing I could have gained a little more but that's okay. The bike feels good both in terms of engine and chassis. Yesterday we chose which tires to use and worked on balancing the bike. Today we adjusted the suspensions obtaining good results...".
