By just 16 thousandths Bradley Smith took his third pole position of the season in the 125 class. The British rider, on the Bancaja Aspar Team Aprilia, got the better of teammate Julian Simon who seemed certain to start from first position tomorrow. Smith prevailed by a trifle, also preceding Andrea Iannone, third, and Nico Terol, fourth on the Jack&Jones Team Aprilia, on the front row.

Tomorrow a trio of Spanish riders made up of Nico Terol, Sergio Gadea and Marc Marquez will start in the second row, seventh with the KTM ahead of Simone Corsi, the second and last Italian in the top ten. For the other Italian riders we need to go in 16th position with the wild-card Luigi Morciano (Junior GP Racing Dream Aprilia), 20th with Lorenzo Zanetti with Alessandro Tonucci a little further behind.

Back instead are Moretti, Savadori, Marconi and Vitali who in 36th position closes the starting grid behind Jakub Kornfeil, making his debut in the MotoGP with Loncin.
