In the Warm Up of the 125 class in Estoril there is always Julian Simon who, thanks to a time of 1'45.936, took the lead in the standings with his Bancaja Aspar Team Aprilia. The Spanish rider could become the 2009 champion of the category early this afternoon, although Nicolas Terol in second position could postpone his celebrations at Phillip Island.

Then scrolling through the rankings there is Simone Corsi in 3rd position, best of the Italians, followed by Bradley Smith, Joan Olive's Derbi and one of the three KTMs on the track in the category ridden by Marc Marquez.

Only 15th Andrea Iannone, 23rd Lorenzo Zanetti, at the bottom Luca Marconi (31st) and Luca Vitali (35th). Only one slip in the Warm Up starring Scott Redding.
