Biaggi's tests in Sepang with the Yamaha M1 have ended

The Sepang tests ended today where Max Biaggi he toured with the new Yamaha M1.

This is the comment of the Italian pilot:

“Today in Sepang the heat was almost intolerable and in the evening, after covering 89 laps of the track, I was a little tired... but quite happy. We tried a lot of tires and although we didn't find one that was already perfect for tackling a Grand Prix with our four-stroke, we came very close. With some changes that we have already agreed with Michelin, I don't think we will have any problems. If I have to give an overall opinion of this very long trip I can say that we have clearly clarified our ideas about the work that needs to be done on this new bike. We have found a decent base from which to continue development work over the winter. Now there are almost forty days of break before the next Irta tests in Valencia, a period long enough to be able to find the solutions we need in Japan. As regards the transition from two to four strokes, I am amused by the fact that I have to in a certain way "relearn" how to ride, which obviously does not mean knowing how to ride a motorcycle or not, but knowing how to take it to the limit, knowing every secret. . For this month I would say that I have worked hard enough and for this reason, despite the tiredness of the journey, the time difference, the total change in climate and temperature, competing tomorrow at the Motorshow will be pure fun, and a way to relax the mind by doing what most I like".
