Superbike: Portimao Test Day 2, Haslam still on top, bad fall for Laverty

Leon Haslam was also the fastest on the second day of Superbike testing in Portimao. The BMW driver in fact stopped the clock at a time of 1'43"2, four tenths better than the time recorded on the first day. The Team BMW Motorrad rider continued to work on the chassis and electronics of his 1000 spec S2012RR.

Behind the Brit we find Eugene Laverty, Aprilia rider. The Northern Irishman stopped the clock in 1'43"3, but was also the victim of a bad High-Side which knocked him heavily to the ground.
