The two days of official WSBK testing have just ended on the Phillip Island track and Alex De Angelis started the work with Pedercini very well, obtaining eleventh place, in 1.31.794 which means a new team record on the Australian track , in the combined time ranking of the four total sessions.

“We started very well, actually great yesterday” – declared the team manager Lucio Pedercini – “In the first laps he was fourth and finished seventh, unfortunately ten minutes from the end he lost control of the bike when he slipped and lost a bit of confidence. Of the two hours of testing in the afternoon we lost one and a half hours to get the bike back together so we were unable to verify the outcome of the changes made. However, I am satisfied because we exceeded the Team's absolute best time on this circuit."

“Yesterday it went very well both in the wet and in the dry” – he commented Alex De Angelis – “Today we immediately set an excellent time, which improves my personal and that of the Pedercini team on this track. Unfortunately in the afternoon due to engine replacement we only managed to do 5 laps. However, the feeling is good and I am very happy with how we are behaving."
