Toprak Razgatlioglu (Pata Yamaha with Brixx WorldSBK) finally gets his first win this season at his eleventh attempt.

The Tissot Superpole Race of the Pirelli Round of Emilia-Romagna, at the Misano World Circuit “Marco Simoncelli”, goes to the reigning World Champion, ahead of Alvaro Bautista (Aruba.it Racing – Ducati) and Jonathan Rea (Kawasaki Racing Team WorldSBK ).

Razgatlioglu got off to a great start and took his first joy of the season, also taking advantage of the fight that was taking place behind him between Bautista and Rea.

For the Yamaha rider it is the 19th career victory and his 62nd podium while Bautista reaches 38 podiums, of which 11 consecutive since the start of the season. Rea has 225 podiums while Kawasaki is just one length away from 500 podiums in WorldSBK.

New Pirelli SCX tire for the two Honda riders Xavi Vierge (Team HRC) and Iker Lecuona, fourth and fifth respectively at the checkered flag. For Vierge it is the best result in WorldSBK. Sixth place for Andrea Locatelli (Pata Yamaha with Brixx WorldSBK) who repeats the same performance as Race 1.

Axel Bassani (Motocorsa Racing) will open the third row of Race 2 ahead of Alex Lowes (Kawasaki Racing Team WorldSBK) and Garrett Gerloff (GYTR GRT Yamaha WorldSBK) while Michael Ruben Rinaldi (Aruba.it Racing – Ducati) has to settle for tenth place.
