Superbike – Roberto Rolfo ready for the Australian tests

Roberto Rolfo is leaving with his team for the Superbike tests which will take place on 21 and 22 February in Australia. The new Team Pedercini Kawasaki rider is very excited about his new adventure in the production-derived championship. The word is up to him.

“Hi friends, very soon I will be boarding the plane with the whole team that will take us to Australia!
Then from Monday the engines will warm up. Yes, because as I think you know, two days of testing are scheduled on February 21st and 22nd, and from Friday it will finally get serious! It goes without saying that I and the whole team are very excited. The stimulus of comparing ourselves with all the others, both official and non-official, raises the adrenaline level. I can't wait to get on the Verdona to do what I like most, GET GAS! It will be a great adventure, also because the technical level of the SBK bikes and riders has been decidedly high for a few years now, despite those who say it is a B series championship! Personally, due to the number of bikes on the track, the spectacle and the following of fans in the various circuits, and also the spirit that can still be felt in the garage, I consider it a championship of absolute importance. They will be tight and fought races until the last lap, as always, and obviously I won't hide my desire to be among those who will battle it out lap after lap! Furthermore, this year I will be able to count on the FanClub again, and therefore feel closer to all my friends and fans. What can we say then if not: OFF we go!!! GASSS”
