The scorching heat recorded today at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli complicated the work on the track quite a bit, with the top 10 riders practically unable to improve the times recorded during the morning session.

At the top we find Jonathan Rea who precedes by only 30 thousandths his teammate Tom Sykes who was involved in a crash, fortunately without consequences, in the final moments of the session.
Behind them we still find Marco Melandri, two and a half tenths behind, Chaz Davies slightly further behind and therefore unable to improve his reference.
Leon Camier finishes again with an excellent fifth time which allows him to easily access the second heat of Tissot-Superpole tomorrow, together with Jordi Torres for Team Althea BMW and Xavi Fores who is performing very well with the Panigale of Team Barni Racing .
The top 10 is completed by Team Pata Yamaha with Michael Van der Mark and Alex Lowes, who gains access to the checkered flag against Lorenzo Savadori, divided by Eugene Laverty who stops the time with the RSV4 Aprilia of Team Milwaukee on the ninth reference.
Stefan Bradl's CBR Fireblade Red Bull Honda is late, only 17th, and still doesn't seem to have found the right direction.

Upcoming appointments, tomorrow with the third and final free practice session, which the riders will use to finish setting up the bikes in view of the Tissot-Superpole and above all Race 1.
